At Serhat Electric, protecting the health and safety of our employees is one of our top priorities in all our activities. Ensuring the full implementation of occupational health and safety rules in construction sites, project areas, and all work environments, creating a strong safety culture, and maintaining a sustainable working environment are among the fundamental principles of our company.
In this regard, Serhat Electric:
Operates in full compliance with all applicable occupational health and safety laws and regulations.
Identifies potential risks in construction sites and work areas in advance, conducts risk assessments, and implements preventive measures.
Provides the necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to employees and ensures its proper and mandatory use.
Increases safety awareness by providing regular occupational health and safety training to all employees.
Strictly implements safe working procedures in electrical works, working at heights, equipment operation, and all construction site activities.
Maintains order, cleanliness, and safety at construction sites and continuously improves measures to prevent accidents.
Prepares emergency response plans for possible emergencies and ensures that employees act in accordance with these plans.
Carries out continuous inspections, monitoring, and improvement activities to prevent work accidents and occupational diseases.
As the management of Serhat Electric, our goal is to maintain our operations in line with the objective of “zero workplace accidents” by creating a safe and efficient working environment that protects the health of our employees.
This policy is binding for all employees, subcontractors, and all personnel working at our construction sites.
